Responsibilities:

 

Ø  Supply Chain and Logistics Co-ordinator:

¨      Formulate delivery schedules and ensure that supplies requisitions come in timely and supplies are delivered as per schedule and in keeping with contractual obligations.

¨      Prepare and monitor duty rosters for warehouse personnel and drivers, making amendments where necessary to ensure fluidity of operations.

¨      Prepare vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure that it is adhered to as closely as possible to minimize breakdowns and subsequent down time.

¨      Ensure that all documentation for vehicle fleet is up to date and make in meeting with company policies and the road traffic act.
